Thank you for visiting our Print Shop. We hope to make the images on the Pacific Islanders and Missionaries Section available on canvass soon. Print size will be 16″ x 10.4″.
If you want to print one for your wall, drop Dan an email with address and he’ll email you a JPEG or PDF file. We ask only that you don’t mass produce, sell or share with others. Lord willing, as soon as we have enough stories and images, we will publish them in a children’s illustrated devotional book.
If you have a great person from the past you’d want us to feature, PLEASE SHARE his or her story (and an image if you have one) and we’ll credit you.
Did you know many of our Pacific Island ancestors were the first missionaries and teachers to other islands? One of them may be a member of your family! Many died (or were killed) while telling others about Jesus. We can’t forget them and the good works they did. Help KIN create a book to commemorate their lives and works.
FINISHED WORK: Tupua Tamasese Lealofi III is widely regarded as a national hero of Samoa and is remembered for his efforts to establish Samoan independence from New Zealand. Wikipedia notes the following about him. “Inspired by his Christian beliefs, traditional customs and culture of Samoa, Lealofi III became one of the first leaders of the 20th century to employ nonviolent resistance against colonial rule which laid the foundations for Samoa’s successful campaign for independence, which it attained in 1962.
That’s our KIN Publications logo. Our young branding and marketing person, Alo Coleman, suggests choosing colors and a logo that say who we are and what we stand for. Colors affect people. They evoke all kinds of feelings and emotions. That says something about our amazing God Who created everything, doesn’t it?Dan picked two colors — Blue and Green. Blue suggests Nature. It is calm and serene. The circle stands for world. In the logo, the world has colored the Bible. Many teach a false Bible or Gospel. AND YET, the truths of the Bible are not affected one bit. Out of the Bible sprouts a GREEN plant! The Bible mentions GREEN often. It usually stands for Life, Renewal and Resurrection. Our company tagline or slogan is: BREAK OUT WITH A GOOD BOOK! If we have the truth (and we do in God’s Word), the world cannot hold us down. We break out of the world! The single, greatest Good Book is the Bible. And it teaches we are not part of this world. Our hope and prayer are, our children’s books will illustrate that single and unbreakable truth! God bless! Dan & June.
